What's included in the Account Recharge service?

A comprehensive recharge and customization of your LionDesk account, including several automated marketing campaigns.
Our concierge will work with all subscription levels but they recommend the Pro+ or higher subscription so you maximize LionDesk’s marketing functionality.

  1. The expertise and attention of a dedicated coordinator
Your concierge service providers consist of a dedicated coordinator that is supported by a team of virtual assistants. Once your recharge is complete, your coordinator will host a 30-min one-on-one screen-sharing session to review your account, address any questions and provide some best practices.
  2. A strong bank of marketing campaigns
Your concierge enhances your client follow-up with several pre-written marketing campaigns and walks you through how to assign them to your contacts.
  3. Your marketing assets added to campaign touches
Your concierge adds your provided marketing assets (logos, videos, eGuides, landing pages*, etc.) to the marketing campaigns to make them even more engaging and branded to you.
  4. Organization/clean up campaign/template folders
Your concierge will organize and tidy up your existing marketing campaign list and template folders for improved navigation.
  5. Clean up/customization of your account settings
Your concierge customizes task reminders, custom contact fields, hotness levels, types, sources and tags to best suit your business.
  6. Addition of your core profile information
Your concierge sets up your email signature and related information.
  7. Review of your current contacts/limited labeling assistance
Your concierge does their best to label/relabel your current contacts when possible and provide guidance for moving forward. Your concierge DOES NOT import contacts.
  8. Explanation of the Google/Outlook/MSN integration
Your concierge will educate you on how to connect your Google, Outlook, or MSN account to LionDesk, syncing your emails, contacts and calendar events!^^
  9. Set-up of lead routing/distribution from 3rd-party
Your concierge sets up lead routing for your Realtor.com and Zillow leads as well as two additional lead sources (as needed).***
  10. Connection to the LionDesk ad portal
Your concierge assists with connecting your Facebook Business Page to the LionDesk Ad Portal and explains how you can take advantage of this existing LionDesk feature.^
  11. Assistance with white labeling
Your concierge explains and assists with email domain white labeling to help improve your email delivery rate.^^^
  12. Set up of 5 short codes
Your concierge will set up five text-2-sell short codes to help you capture more leads! (requires a LionDesk custom number).
  13. One-hour overview video
Prior to the completion of your service, your concierge will provide a comprehensive how-to video to help ensure you can maximize your CRM’s capabilities.
  14. 30-minute one-on-one wrap-up
Your concierge hosts a recorded screen-share to finalize the service.
