What's included in the Account Set-Up service?

A comprehensive set-up and customization of your LionDesk account, including several marketing campaigns — get the most out of your LionDesk subscription from day one.
Our concierge will work with all subscription levels, but they recommend the Pro+ or higher subscription to maximize LionDesk’s marketing functionality.

  1. The expertise and attention of a dedicated coordinator
Your concierge providers consist of a dedicated coordinator supported by a team of virtual assistants. To finalize your set-up service, your coordinator will host a 30-minute one-on-one screen-sharing session to address any questions and provide best practices.
  2. Assist with gathering your contacts
Your concierge helps gather your contacts and creates a master spreadsheet for your review. They import up to 5,000* contacts with pre-assigned labels/tagging as possible.
  3. Install a strong bank of marketing campaigns
Your concierge enhances your client follow-up with several pre-written marketing campaigns and walks you through how to assign them to your contacts.
  4. Add your marketing assets
Your concierge adds your provided marketing assets (logos, videos, eGuides, landing pages**, etc.) to the marketing campaigns to make them even more engaging and branded to you.
  5. Customize your account settings
Your concierge customizes task reminders, custom contact fields, hotness levels, types, sources, and tags to best suit your business.
  6. Add your core profile information
Your concierge sets up your email signature and related information.
  7. Set-up lead routing/distribution from 3rd-party
Your concierge sets up lead routing for your Realtor.com and Zillow leads as well as two additional lead sources, as needed.***
  8. Connect and learn about the LionDesk Ad Portal
Your concierge assists with connecting your Facebook Business Page to the LionDesk Ad Portal and explains how you can take advantage of this existing LionDesk feature.^
  9. Learn about Google/Outlook/MSN integration
Your concierge will educate you on how to connect your Google, Outlook, or MSN account to LionDesk, syncing your emails, contacts and calendar events!^^
  10. Add Text-2-Sell short codes
Your concierge will set up five text-2-sell short codes to help you capture more leads! (requires a LionDesk custom number).
  11. Assist with white labeling
Your concierge explains and assists with email domain white labeling to help improve your email delivery rate.
  12. One-hour comprehensive overview video
Prior to the completion of your set-up service, your concierge will provide a comprehensive how-to video to help ensure you can maximize your CRM’s capabilities.

 

* Imports over 5,000 contacts (after duplicates are merged) will be charged an additional $50 per 5K contacts.

*** 3rd Party Integrations for TWO platforms (beyond Zillow and Realtor.com) included in package price. Not all lead sources integrate directly with LionDesk, so lead routing from certain platforms may not be possible.

^ A Facebook Business page is required to connect LionDesk to YOUR Facebook account. No Facebook Business page? It's OK, LionDesk provides access to their real estate Facebook Business page to run ads.
